When the eyes or exposed parts of the body come into contact with toxic, harmful, or corrosive chemicals, a series of emergency measures such as flushing, medical treatment, and firefighting can be carried out in the safe island area. Emergency sprinkler module

Equipped with a set of 304 stainless steel composite embedded emergency shower eye washers, in case of emergency, stand under the sprinkler device in the middle of the safety island cabinet, and use your right hand to pull down the shower switch to use the shower function of the emergency sprinkler module.

Emergency eyewash module

In emergency situations, stand in the middle of the safety island cabinet, pull down the eyewash module, and then use the eyewash device to rinse the injured area of the eyes.

Fire equipment module

Firefighting supplies can be stored as needed. Such as fire extinguishers, fire blankets, evacuation batons, etc. Fire extinguishers need to be equipped with corresponding compliant fire extinguishers according to the actual situation. In general, the door of the emergency goods cabinet on the safety island is not equipped with a lock, except for special requirements.

PPE module

Personal protective equipment can be stored as needed. Emergency items such as protective clothing, goggles, gas masks, multifunctional medical kits (with a maximum size of 18 inches), TVOC concentration detectors, etc.

Wastewater collection enclosure

Centralized collection of wastewater generated by emergency sprinklers to prevent overflow. Its design is reasonable, with good sealing and anti leakage performance, avoiding the overflow of wastewater and affecting the surrounding environment.

Precautions

·The safety island should be placed in a sufficiently open space (with no obstruction within 400mm of this product), and should be avoided as much as possible from being placed in corners of rooms, narrow corridors, or cluttered areas to prevent the emergency cabinet door from being blocked and unable to open properly, which may delay the emergency treatment of injured personnel.

·The emergency sprinkler eye wash device should undergo a weekly water test to ensure that the device is functioning properly and that injured individuals contaminated with chemicals can receive immediate flushing treatment to minimize damage.

·Clean the sediment from the emergency eye wash device at least once a week to prevent clogging of the outlet filter and keep maintenance records; When damage is found to the eye wash nozzle/shower tray during maintenance work, accessories should be replaced in a timely manner, and equipment should be replaced if necessary to prevent safety hazards.

·Regularly check the validity period of protective equipment and emergency handling items in the emergency storage cabinet of the safety island, replace expired items in a timely manner, and ensure that the first aid items in the cabinet are within their validity period; To ensure the timeliness and safety of emergency rescue, it is necessary to ensure that there are no power or electrical appliances within the splashing range of the sprinkler.
