Embedded emergency sprinklers are indispensable emergency rescue devices in laboratory working environments. In emergency situations, when exposed body parts of workers come into contact with toxic, harmful or corrosive chemicals, emergency sprinklers can be used to provide effective initial rescue to protect the health and safety of workers.

The SAN series emergency sprinklers produced by Taixiong strictly follow the national standard GB 38144-2025 "Eye and Face Protection - Emergency Sprinkler and Eye Washing Equipment" or international standards such as ANSI/ISEA Z358.1, and have been certified by third-party testing, proving their compliance with relevant safety and performance standards, effectively ensuring the safety of users.

Precautions

Location layout

The equipment should be set within a 10 second walking distance from potential hazardous areas, and it is recommended to maintain a straight-line distance between 10-15 meters. Ensure that the path from the hazardous area to the equipment is unobstructed and straight, in order to quickly reach and use it in emergency situations

Spray range

There are no obstacles within 410mm of the center of the spray range

Utilities

The dynamic water pressure should be between 0.2Mpa-0.4Mpa

Rinse requirements

Spray flow rate ≥ 76 L/min, continuous flushing should be carried out for at least 15 minutes

Wastewater treatment

Please dispose of the wastewater promptly after use to avoid the formation of puddles or freezing at low temperatures, in order to prevent slipping after use

Training requirements

Before putting the emergency spray eye wash device into use, please train employees on the correct use of the device

Water quality temperature

Use pure water at room temperature or water that meets hygiene standards, with a suitable temperature range of 16 ℃ -38 ℃. The water temperature should not be too high to avoid accelerating the reaction of chemical substances and causing accidents
