Mobile eye wash stations are designed for work sites without fixed water sources and are suitable for areas with scarce water sources such as chemical warehouses. It can provide emergency rescue to personnel on site in case of danger. The outstanding advantage of this eye wash is that its location can be flexibly transported according to on-site needs. It can not only wash the eyes, face, neck and other parts, but also spray chemical substances on the body.

Maintenance and repair

·Replace the water in the water storage tank every week to ensure the water quality inside the tank;

·Wipe the eye wash nozzle once a week to prevent dust from blocking the nozzle and affecting its effectiveness;

·Check once a year according to the standard. If the eye wash nozzle does not produce water, please check if it is blocked by impurities. If so, please use a needle shaped thin rod to clean it.

Layout

The equipment should be set within a 10 second walking distance from potential hazardous areas, and it is recommended to maintain a straight-line distance between 10-15 meters. Ensure that the path from the hazardous area to the equipment is unobstructed and straight, in order to quickly reach and use it in emergency situations

There are no obstacles within 410mm of the center of the spray range

Utilities

The dynamic water pressure should be between 0.2Mpa-0.4Mpa

Rinse requirements

Eye wash/face wash flow rate ≥ 11.4 L/min, spray flow rate ≥ 76 L/min, both should be continuously rinsed for at least 15 minutes

Wastewater treatment

Please dispose of the wastewater promptly after use to avoid the formation of puddles or freezing at low temperatures, in order to prevent slipping after use

Training requirements

Before putting the emergency spray eye wash device into use, please train employees on the correct use of the device

Water quality temperature

Use pure water at room temperature or water that meets hygiene standards, with a suitable temperature range of 16 ℃ -38 ℃. The water temperature should not be too high to avoid accelerating the reaction of chemical substances and causing accidents;
