The desktop side folding rotating eye wash is a small emergency rescue device designed specifically for laboratories. It is installed next to the sink of the washing table, with a rescue radius of about 5 meters. In emergency situations, it can quickly flush the face, eyes, and other parts, and remove harmful chemicals or pollutants. When in use, rotate it to the center of the sink to automatically dispense water without the need to hold it out, making it easy to collect wastewater and ensuring convenient and safe flushing; When closed, it can be folded sideways for storage, saving countertop space and improving laboratory cleanliness and efficiency. Equipped with a flow control valve, the water outlet height can be adjusted.
1、Daily cleaning and inspection: Use neutral cleaning agent to wipe the appearance and remove foreign objects from the water outlet; Check if the folding and rotating components are flexible, and if there is any water leakage at the pipeline interface.
2、Functional testing: Simulate monthly use to ensure automatic water flow and stable water flow after rotation; Check if the water supply pressure meets the standard.
3、It is recommended to use pure water at room temperature or water that meets hygiene standards, with a suitable temperature of 16-38 ℃. The water temperature should not be too high to avoid accelerating the reaction of chemical substances and causing accidents.
4、Public works: The dynamic water pressure should be between 0.2Mpa-0.4Mpa.
