The emergency eye wash device is the core safety equipment for handling chemical injuries in laboratories. The electric heat tracing and anti freezing equipment designed for low-temperature environments achieves dual protection through an intelligent electric heat tracing system (maintaining water temperature of 15-38 ℃) and anti freezing material valves: the pipeline does not freeze when standing still, and the components do not brittle under severe cold, ensuring immediate water supply for emergency use. It should be noted that electric heat tracing is only used for standby antifreeze and insulation, and is not a traditional heating device. It does not provide hot water function during use and focuses on ensuring emergency reliability in extreme environments.
The production of the SAN series emergency spray eye washers produced by Taixiong strictly follows the national standard GB 38144-2025 "Eye and Face Protection - Emergency Spray and Eye Washing Equipment", ANSI/ISEA Z358.1, EN 15154 international standards, and has passed the international authoritative TUV certification, proving its compliance with relevant safety and performance.

The electric tracing device includes a self limiting temperature electric heating belt, a temperature controller (controlling temperature between 15-38 ℃), an insulation layer, and explosion-proof wiring components. Its optional sound and light alarm system is triggered by a flow switch (developed by Taixiong), which can be linked to prompt surrounding personnel and report to the control center in case of emergency use. Optional: The core component SAN-72001 flow switch adopts high reliability components from the United States, with fully sealed and spark free contact design, completely isolated from the medium, suitable for temperatures ≥ -20 ℃, accurate detection of equipment start stop status, and ensuring safe operation of alarm function.
